Leeway Sub-Aquatic Pte Ltd, since taking over the helm from the Malaysia partner, has put in some effort to make the place more pleasant to live, the existing facilities have 12 air-conditioned units of 4-to-a-room chalets and  4 units of  8-pax Longhouse style of accommodation, all with toilets and showers attached. Some common place provide hot shower points for hot bath lover, foot bath tub at all the entry point to the house to make the room more comfortable to live.  Surrounding bushes are gradually making way for the future development.   

The Pro-shop cum Pub will provide the relaxing atmosphere for the drink and song lover to spend their time at night. In the day, it operates as a one-stop shop to cater to the needs of the residents whether it is of sanitary, tit bits or dive equipment & accessories.

The Pro-shop also equipped with Audio & Visual aids to help in the educational process. Dive courses can be conducted at the Pro-shop with pre-arranged schedule for all dive operators and Instructors.  Rental & repair of dive equipment also takes place in this premises for those in need to get their problems solved.




 

Our resort provides a first aid treatment center with O2 supply, whilst in the case of the emergency evacuation, the fast speed boat always available on the need of this service. Tele-communication can be established at our resort pro-shop for your convenience.

Sea sports center will be another highlight for the sea sport goers, providing not only diving-related services, but also other activities such as canoe, kayak, bananas boat, jet ski & boating, even para-sailing is also in the program list.  Waiting be realized in the near future. With the newly built up jetty, you can just laze around looking at fishes swimming around the reef, or throw in the food remains to experiences the feeding fantasy, or even putting the bait in your hook just waiting for the big catch.

1. To and return Tg Leman by coach
2. Boat transfer Tg Leman and Aur
3. 2 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners & Snacks
4. Boat standby for the use of dive expedition as per itinerary
5. 4 to a room or 8 to a room with or without Aircond, toilet & fan during peak season
6. Free flow of drink, with bread & butter throughout the stay
7. Weight provided without belt

For Leisure Dive Packages exclude:
Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Boots, Weight Belt, BC, Regulator, torch and accessories.

Payments:
30% Deposit upon confirmation
Full Payment to be made 2 weeks before departure
Deposit is not refundable for cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to departure

The Itinerary subject to change due to the conditions beyond the control of the organizer or operator. In the event of any changes no refund shall be given.
